The Pensacola Network of Black Professionals (PNBP) is a dynamic community organization dedicated to building meaningful connections among leaders, professionals, and engaged residents across the region. We create spaces where collaboration thrives, ideas are shared, and individuals feel supported in both their personal and professional journeys.​

 

 Who We Are: Founded in 2019 by Erik Petersen, PNBP began as a small group of fewer than 30 members united by a vision for collective advancement. Today, that vision has grown into a powerful movement of more than 1,400 Black professionals across Northwest Florida — making PNBP the largest Black professionals organization in the Panhandle.Our growth reflects a shared commitment to empowerment, connection, and community impact.​
